Re-Key and secure Openings:

Within 48 hrs of notification, Blake RCD will re-key and secure openings on abandoned, vacant, and foreclosed properties.

- Re-key all doors

- Remove/Replace all exterior locks

- Secure all garage doors & exterior gates

- Install client specific lock boxes with key attached on the site

- Board properties when notified of potential vandalism or property risks

- Photo documentation of all personal property handled by crew, also documentation of local authority and crew on site upon entering the property

 

Initial Services

Within 72 hrs, Blake RCD will remove all interior/exterior debris and provide landscape services as well.

Also, we will perform winterization and snow removal when needed.

Each service performed will be photo documented including before, action, and after images to ensure the quality of work completed.

- Debris removal (interior & exterior)

- Initial lawn service (mow, trim, edge, and clean up)

- Initial Clean out (including all regulated janitorial services)

- Winterization (upon requests)

- Repair/replace all safety risk & trip hazards

Maintenance Services

Blake RCD provides an interior/exterior regimen to ensure its properties maintain its curb appeal and remain in clean broomswept

conditions for its clients. The listed services below outlines the recurring maintenance services once initial services has been performed:

 

- Lawn Maintenance: Mow, trim, edge, removal of all clippings, broom swept if needed, snow removal during winter seasons, also (before and after photo

documentation)

- Maid Services: Interior wipe down (counter tops, windows, window sills, walls, appliances),vacuum, sweep & mop all floors, dust blinds and

light fixtures, replace missing light bulbs & outlet covers, deodorizing, also (before, action, and after photo documentation)

 

Winterizations

Protect property against freeze damage according to local codes and ordinances, pressure draining the entire plumbing system, draining

water heaters, disconnecting and tagging water source(s), pour antifreeze in all traps, appliances, fixtures, as appropriate

Miscellaneous repairs: Carpet Removal, flooring (carpet or tile), dry wall, paint, cabinets, counters, door jams, hand rails, reglaze, board ups,

all cosmetic repairs, etc.
